Ok so now I have the same problem. It comes up when you want to connect with a new google account. My old one is still working with the extention.
When you press “LINK YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE ACCOUNT” it redirects you to https://redirect.wp-migration.com/v1/gdrive/create and you get an error message:

They are both using the newest version. It’s just that I was already logged into Google when upgrading so it just kept the connection intact.

Yup, the original developers are including much more of these texts recently to make people scared of using their plugin without a license. Don’t worry, this message is only displayed because the lack of a valid license

New update arrived , hope the message error doesnt show up , i got the error and both plugin and wp up to date until now

You can just simply ignore the ‘error message’ as described above.
But message shows up and nothing happens.

Basically, install both AIO free + google drive extension. Try to connect the account:

So basically, it sadly doesn’t appear to be working.
In the meanwhile @herrscher, I would recommend you another backup plugin, like Updraftplus: UpdraftPlus Premium 2.22.12.25 – Festinger Vault
It works very well too!
I can second that. It looks like there is no way to connect Google Drive to your account without a valid license key.
We have to dig into the code more deeply and see if we can fix this.

Please update to 2.73
We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

Please note that there is currently no update to this plugin, as the Google API requires an active API in order to activate this plugin.

Need a solution
All-in-One WP Migration Google Drive Extension has been updated to 2.74.
I am using all in one migration plugin “Google drive extension” from Festinger vault which is not working.
After linked the google account it’s back to the same, and saying again to connect the drive account.
The file has been replaced now.
Still, it’s not working, even though it is not possible to download this plugin.

Unfortunately, this plugin relies on a 3rd party API and we cannot control that.
