  17. Hi! I have a problem when installing a specific Betheme demo website called “BeTire”. On installation an error message say “The package could not be unziped.”

    Here is a video of the issue:

    Could you help me with this and tell what causes this, becaue I had the same issue on a previous wordpress installation before amd don’t want to message support over the matter again and again.

  19. What the heck is going on with festinger support?

    I had the exact same problem a week ago and within 5 minutes someone was there and fixed it for me, no questions asked.

    This time first the support tells me to post a request here in the forum and now there is no support here at all here? Just plainly saying “not our problem”, seriously?

    Could you at least TRY to help by pointing me in the right direction please?

  22. We’re pretty straight forward in regards to the import of demo content:

    Do you provide serial keys?
    No. All the items work without a serial code, but please keep in mind that features such as the import of demo content and premium support are not included .

    Please explain me how we can assist you with something we do not offer with our services?

  23. Where is this guy from last time? He helped me immediatlely.

    He logged into the website and fixed it.

    But I’m not even asking for this, just a hint in the right direction.

    I remember he said it was something about that it can be fixed by reiploading certain files.

    The import of demo content is not available with our services as outlined on every sales page.

    We do have a great team, but we’re not magicians.

  31. Hello, trying to install a new pre-built website from Betheme, but when it comes to unzipping the file, it says the package could not be unziped. It happened to a bunch of themes.

  78. Hello, i have a Problem with the Pre-buil Sections import @betheme.

    If i press " + Pre-Built Sections" → “+Insert” → nothing happens. The Template did not import to my Website.

    Any solution ?

    Thank you for reporting this issue. Please note that any prebuilt material cannot be imported without a license key.
