It’s important to follow each step and send us all the required information. Please install the ‘Temporary Login Without Password‘ plugin and send the link below, so we can activate the plugin/theme for you (docs are here). Your credentials are in safe hands and the access pass will be removed right after the activation.
IMPORTANT: Without the Temporary Login Without Password link, we cannot activate your theme or plugin and your request will be denied.
