  15. We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

  17. When going through the theme setup it gives me an error and wont let me complete the setup. Then in the theme settings in wordpress it says error the parent theme is missing.

  69. Hello, why does the WoodMart theme not showing here. I already activated my License. I was also able to update the Plugins in the “Plugin Updates” section but not here in the " “Theme Updates”. Please see the attached screenshot.

  71. Here’s what I tried doing, since I still have credits left, what I did is I downloaded again the WoodMart Theme. I noticed that when I uploaded the new version of the theme, this is what happened. See the screenshot, please.

    Supposedly there is an option to replace the old version of the theme when I try to upload a new one but in this case, there wasn’t an option like that. So this is what happened. There are 2 WoodMart themes in the Themes. One is Version: 7.1.2 and the other is Version: 7.1.1. How is this possible?

    Also, after doing this, the WoodMart theme still does not show in the Theme Updates section. Please fix this.

    I just had a chat with our technical team and there seems to be an issue with your website.

    Would you be able to uninstall all WoodMart themes from your WordPress and install it through the Festinger Vault plugin?

    No data will be removed upon uninstalling, as it will be saved in your database.

  75. I tried it and this is what happened. Also my credits has been deducted. I have tried this 2 times now since in my first try, I got the same issue wherein there are multiple WoodMart themes. Then when i tried it again, the same happened.

I made some investigation of my own and tried creating another test website I thought it was the plugins that I’m using in my current website that could be causing this issue I reported but after a fresh install of the WoodMart theme and only the basic plugins activated, the theme still does not appear in the Theme Updates module of your plugin. So I think it’s either the theme or it’s your plugin that is conflicting based on my testing.

    Thank you for your understanding. Anyway, I don’t think it is still necessary to provide admin access because upon checking just now, the WoodMart theme is now showing on the Theme Updates page. I was also able to update it to the latest version without issues when I downloaded the new version and uploaded it to my website which did prompt me to a message to replace the old version which should be the case in my experience. So now everything is working perfectly. Hopefully, on the next update, I will be able to use your Theme Updates module. :star_struck:

    It might be possible that some phrases are hard-coded and not translatable.

    There is no other way than overriding them using a child theme.

  87. The strings appeared on loco translate, but when i make a translation, some of them are not displayed like i want. I have made a search on google about this bug and i see i’m not the only one to have this issue. This bug is fixed by the Xtemos team in her forum, but they need the admin access to fix that. Maybe you have a solution ?

    We’re releasing a big update very soon of the Festinger Vault plugin and most likely, this issue will be fixed too.

    But it will take some time to launch this new version due to the majority of complex improvements.

    Due to the complexity of the new plugin, we would like to wait for the new update. Meanwhile, you can update the file manually as it will give you a permanent solution with the new version.

  102. I’m on a one-time lifetime plan with 12 credits with 5 remaining credits. However, I will be needing these credits to download other plugins for my current client. I’m planning to get another 12 credits only for my other client but not for this one so I don’t want to sacrifice my existing credits just for the update which I should receive with my lifetime plan.

    Currently, there are two that I need to update. WoodMart and WooCommerce Deposits.

    Can you send me the updated files so that I can just re-upload them to my client’s website manually? Thank you!

  103. So if you are on a lifetime credit plan (one-time credit) - you can download unlimited future versions of Woodmart.

    Please check our update request guide in order to request a new update.

    Though I’m on lifetime plan, I only have 12 credits when I started using your platform. And I’m using it for my client. Since I’m unable to update the themes and plugins using your Festinger Plugin, I was told to download again the theme and plugin to update them on the website.

    But if I do that, if I download the updated theme and plugin again, I will lose my remaining credits which I will still need for my client’s website.

    And since I’m in lifetime plan, I’m supposed to get lifetime updates. And it’s not my fault that the “Plugin Updates” and “Theme Updates” module of your Festinger Plugin do not work for some themes and plugins. In this case, the WoodMart theme and WooCommerce Deposits plugin. Please see screenshots.

    As you can see, there are updates available for WoodMart and WooCommerce Deposits, however it is not showing in your plugin. And I was told to just redownload the file. That’s fine with me to do it manually but since I have limited credits, I can’t do that right now. I hope you get my point.

    The good news is that I was able to redownload the WooCommerce Deposits - Partial Payment plugin and I was not deducted. But for the WoodMart theme, I was deducted after redownloading it. Hope you can revert it.
