CLAS IT is the internal technology support division for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida. It serves faculty, staff, and graduate students by managing core IT infrastructure and providing direct technical assistance.

• Computer and Network Support: Offers on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for college-affiliated users.
• Core Service Provision: Manages essential services including institutional email accounts, personal and departmental web space, and secure network file and print sharing.
• Departmental Communication Tools: Supplies shared mailboxes and other email solutions to help academic departments and administrative units communicate efficiently and maintain operational continuity.
• Dedicated Helpdesk: Provides a direct contact point via phone and in-person support during business hours for college-specific IT requests and problem resolution.
• Technology Guidance: Publishes newsletters and maintains a knowledge base with updates on university tech policies, software lifecycle changes (like Windows 10 end-of-life), and recommendations for tools like cloud storage and password managers.
